Marketing Executive

NRG is delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive based in Washington. This is a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business. You will be a key member of the marketing team and will report to and provide a supportive role to the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall marketing objectives are carried out to meet customer requirements whilst managing and controlling the relationship between products and the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- A diverse role covering all aspects of the marketing mix, including strategic planning, advertising, promotion, public relations, product development, distribution and market research.
- Creation and execution of marketing plans to support product placement.
- Involvement, with new product launches to ensure that marketing aims are clear and implemented into the launch strategy.
- Gain an understanding of the Company's main markets and distribution policies to ensure that marketing actions are appropriate to varied channels.
- Research into potential markets with regard to existing product or new product penetration; reporting, including conclusions and recommendations.
- Database creation will be required to assure a full understanding of market needs, existing competitors and the Company's positioning.
- Mail shot development and delivery will be a direct requirement, with accurate recording of responses.
- Pricing analysis, for varied markets and products will be required: including analytical reports and presentation of findings to the Marketing Manager.
- Competitive pricing & monitoring will be required.
- To ensure the development of the Company, and it's associated divisions, corporate identity and brand image.
- Working together with graphic designers, outside agencies, printers, photographers on concepts ideas and projects to build and maintain contacts with the media.
- To proof read all promotional material to ensure accuracy and convey key communication messages.
- Review of all promotional activity and reporting on success rate.
- Write and collate copy and imagery to ensure all communications are approved and delivered on time.
- Track and report email activity and make recommendations for improvement.
- Organise and attend events and exhibitions where necessary.
- Initiate and manage website updates and ensure the Company websites are running to their maximum potential.

Essential:
- Degree educated
- Marketing professional: CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing would be desirable
- At least 2 years' experience working in a marketing department, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office package)
- Copy writing skills and experience
- Experience of working with a CRM system would be desirable
- You must be able to provide examples of success within marketing, and bring with you ideas and structures of how to approach the market and ensure success.

Sales Administration Manager

NRG is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administration Manager based in Washington. This is a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business. You will be a key member of the sales team, will report to the General Sales Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that current processes are improved, the appearance of the Company is optimised and customer service excellence permeates the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process to improve interface with customers.
- Instigate KPI's for departmental performance.
- Implement cohesive suite of customer communication formats (quotations, CVI/PPI, CCA, letters, faxes, e-mails, etc.) in conjunction with marketing.
- Establish information level required to manage key accounts monthly.
- Ensure key customers are serviced excellently.
- Understand requirements of each internal department and their interactions with sales.
- Develop efficient processes to enhance these interactions.
- Coach and mentor personnel to assist in development of departmental operations.
- Consistently improve interdepartmental interaction and relationships.
- Deputise for General Sales Manager as required.
- Effectively collate and communicate all market information to Marketing department and Company Senior Management Team.
- Effective use of company mainframe computer system (EFACS) and other software (MS Office etc.)
- Fully utilise EFACS sales modules.
- Raise quotations in line with company procedures.
- Adhere to internal ISO9001.2000 management procedures.

Essential:
- Professional: degree level candidate.
- 2 years' experience within a line management role.
- 5 years' experience within an office environment.
- High level of computer literacy and full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Commercial Accountant

Educated to degree level and CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified the successful candidate will provide a back up to the Group Financial Controller and will assume the role of deputy.
They will have 3 years experience in a finance function within the private sector as well as exposure to export trading and international accounting. The role requires a self-motivated, strong confident personality. Managerial experience would be a benefit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake projects, which will improve profitability and efficiency
- Monitor trends and performance and feedback to UK and divisional management
- Forecast financial performance and cash resources, making recommendations
- Visit Group Companies
- Budgeting
- Assume Managerial role over department finance staff
- Build up relationships with other departmental managers to assist with the smooth running of company

Supply Chain Coordinator

NRG is delighted to be recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Tyne and Wear. This is a permanent role paying a salary of between £18,000 - £26,000.
As Supply Chain Coordinator you will work as a key member of the Purchasing team, working within all areas of supply chain management. The role will supervise and coordinate purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for procurement for all raw materials and packaging
- Responsible for materials scheduling and procurement
- MRP management
- Revise and review delivery schedules
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules and monitor the flow of materials
- Monitor and review supplier on time delivery and deal with any issues
- Report KPI data on a daily basis
- Review and develop all current supply chain systems
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and will ideally hold CIPS Qualification.
