We are looking for a number of individuals to start work throughout August and September. Full training will be given, however, successful applicants must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role within a Contact Centre and be fully computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Duties will include receiving inbound calls and dealing with all customer enquires and issues. The role involves promoting products, price plans, value added upgrades and special offers but is predominately a customer service role and would suit someone who enjoys helping customers.
Hours of work are between 07.00am and 10.00pm Monday – Friday
08.00am –20.00 Saturday and Sunday, based on a 37.5hrs per week
All positions are temporary to permanent after 8 weeks
Rate of pay after training is £6.50phr rising to £7.00phr after 8 week period.

We are looking to recruit a number of dynamic individuals who will hit the ground running and provide outstanding customer service working on an exciting broadband campaign within the contact centre.
Main duties will be taking incoming calls from customers who require technical support. You will also be responsible for providing trouble-shooting solutions.
All candidates must have a strong technical awareness and have the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
All applicants must be customer focused with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
3 weeks of training is provided, with a pay rate of £5.80ph
After graduating from training the pay rate will increase to £6.50ph
Staff incentives and bonuses will apply
NVQ’S and training courses are available for those candidates who would like to grow within the business.
During training, hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm
On completion of training,
Shifts are Monday – Sunday between 09.00am and 11.00pm, based on a 37.5hr week.
This role is 8 week temporary then permanent
