Who we are

Talent Challenge is supporting the region’s talent during the economic downturn to regain employment through positive action. The programme has successfully been in place since June 2009 and is moving from initial pilot phase into a full programme in 2010.

The programme has been extremely effective in its delivery. Talent Challenge supports businesses and especially individuals facing the prospect of redundancy as a result of the effects of the downturn. Through a unique service offering, Talent Challenge specifically addresses the needs of:

Middle – Senior Managers

Professional and Technical individuals

The Talent Challenge programme continues to give individuals focus and positive actions that result in new employment, skill enhancement, further education, self-employment and business start up or secondments within the North East business community.
