Newly created part time role within a successful Newcastle based organisation. You will be required to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- To ensure the effective completion of weekly wages for all areas, adhering at all times to legislative requirements - moving to fortnightly wages as and when required.
- Processing weekly costing reports for accounts department.
- Handle all correspondence / enquiries related to employess, Inland Revenue, Bacs, DSS, mortage references, court orders, personal detail changes etc. Produce apprpriate tax forms for starters / leavers.
- In conjuction with the Supervisor, compile and produce accurate and timely p60 documentation for employees.
The ideal candidate will have had experience with in a payroll environment.
