So, who is npower? npower is the retail business of RWE npower and is one of the largest suppliers of electricity and gas in the UK. With over 6 million residential consumers and business customers such as Sainsburys and Boots we are well placed to become the customer's first choice for their energy needs through competitive pricing, innovative products and excellent levels of service.
Market share and customer numbers
npower is consistently one of the UK's top three suppliers of gas and electricity serving around 6 million customer accounts. npower is also the second largest supplier of energy to the business market serving around half a million customers.
North East Vacancies
npower have five customer contact centres which are based in the North East in three locations; Team Valley Gateshead, three sites at Peterlee, and Thornaby.
In addition to this npower have Customer Operation - Back office administration sites in various locations throughout the UK. In the North East they can be found at Leeds, Newcastle and Team Valley Gateshead.
