Group Director of Housing Services
As Group Director of Housing Services you will lead the housing operations of the two operating companies and work collaboratively on all matters of corporate strategy and business improvement as a key member of the Executive team; ensuring a growing and dynamic group organisation. With a relevant professional qualification or degree, you will have a proven track record at senior management level in at least two of the following three areas: general needs or supported housing management, business improvement or community empowerment. We would expect this experience to have been gained whilst working within a progressive social landlord.
Group Director of Technical Services
As Group Director of Technical Services, you will lead on all aspects of responsive and planned maintenance, stock investment and new property growth across the Group and as a key member of the Executive team work collaboratively on all matters of corporate strategy and business improvement. With a relevant professional qualification or degree, you will have a proven track record at senior management level gained within a technical environment in at least two of the following three areas: responsive repairs, asset management or housing development.
