Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, your remit will include HR strategy and policy development, Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding. You will take personal responsibility for complex staff and learner/customer disciplinary procedures and appeals, complaints and key investigations. You will be expected to contribute flexibly to the work of the Group Executive, taking on new or different roles and responsibilities in response to the changing needs of the business over time.
An experienced Senior Manager already used to operating in complex, regulated environments, you will be seeking an organisation which can match your own ambition and offer genuine challenge and opportunity at the strategic level. Key to your success will be your ability to lead, communicate and inspire.
