We’re after personalities who get excited about delivering brilliant customer services to join our team at our new Customer and Client Service Centre at Quorum Business Park, Longbenton. Our customers and clients have told us they want us to support them through difficult times, so using your excellent relationship management skills, you’ll help our customers and clients by listening to what they say and interpreting individual needs.

As a responsible landlord, not every conversation we have will be delivering great news. Even the difficult ones help our customers and clients stay in control of their financial well-being by providing solutions with care and empathy. We need someone who can open doors for others and help them make the most of new opportunities and lead healthy lives.

Opening hours from 7am – 8pm, Monday to Friday with some weekend work.
