NRG public sector

The public and not for profit sectors have been NRG's strongest area of growth over the last 5 years and now account for around 50% of our total business. This is a balance which we have striven to achieve and will seek to maintain in the future.

We have achieved excellent growth in senior recruitment, handling high profile non-executive roles for a number of public bodies, including Central Government, Education, Health, Housing and Local Government.

Our volume contract business supported by NRG RPO, has also operated largely in the public sector, the largest projects being the HM Revenue & Customs and Highways Agency, for whom we deliver on a national basis.

We have framework and preferred supplier agreements on national and local levels to supply a wide range of temporary staff, to Universities, Local Authorities and nationally for Buying Solutions under a number of frameworks as well as for the NHS in both England and Scotland.
