A superb permanent opportunity is now available for an experienced HR practitioner to join Coast & Country as the Head of HR & OD. Reporting to the Director of Business Support, the successful candidate will lead a large HR team and will take full responsibility for the people and organisational development agenda.

Ranging from hands on operational HR through to strategy, including organisational development, the post holder will further develop and promote best practice which will include talent management, leadership development and succession planning that help deliver the company's aims and objectives.

Candidates should have proven ability to deliver across the full spectrum of HR & OD and should be able to demonstrate delivery of an effective and efficient, strategic HR function. Experience of leading on change initiatives is also essential from planning through to evaluation, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times.
