NRG Call Centre Solutions (NRG CCS) is NRG's specialist Contact Centre Division. With a proven track record spanning 15 years, we deliver recruitment solutions to clients across the UK. This includes the provision of permanent and temporary workforces - both high and low volumes - in order to support fluctuations in client requirements. In addition, we have a team of consultants dedicated in recruiting sector specialist senior roles either on a permanent or interim basis.

Our experienced and dedicated team works in partnership with our clients to deliver totally bespoke solutions that fit individual client needs, ensuring we deliver an efficient service and one that meets our clients' business objectives. We can demonstrate a successful delivery model that consistently meets and exceeds client requirements. Identifying continuous improvement initiatives form part of our everyday solutions provision.

NRG's CCS team and business model is totally flexible, which enables us to support fluctuations in requirements, especially throughout the current challenging economic climate.

Our business model can be delivered through a variety of mediums with dedicated teams based either on or off site, with the entire service being underpinned by NRG's central resource centre.
