Business Link North East manages and develops the Business Link service across the whole of the North East. Its aim is to transform the North East economy by bringing customers a consistently high quality and responsive Business Link service.
Based at Business Link's new state-of-the-art premises in Seaham, we are looking for a number of Relationship Managers to provide the Business Link service to individuals and organisations in the North East of England, supporting them in establishing and developing Enterprises that are sustainable and productive.
The ideal candidate will have had experience of dealing with businesses on a face to face or telephone basis. They will be able to empathise with the challenges facing small to medium sized businesses and be able to build rapport with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
You should:
- have excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in delivering great customer service
- be able to manage an extremely diverse workload and have excellent organisational skills
- be goal and achievement orientated
- be able to take ownership in making decisions
- have experience of working in a team and supporting fellow team members
- have highly effective communications skills
- be able to develop strong remote relationships
- have a desire to help others achieve their goals and be passionate about their success
- have a good understanding of the wider business support environment
