Inbound Sales Advisor - Part-Time - 20-25 hours p.w - £16,000 pro-rata plus commission and benefits
The Role:
Working within a bright and modern contact centre, you will be responsible for handling customer queries in a professional manner whilst identifying opportunities to up sell products during the duration of the call.
About you:
With outstanding communication skills and a real passion for offering great customer service, you will have experience of working towards sales targets ideally in a contact centre environment.
You will have an outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and use your listening skills to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
You will be computer literate and able to work flexible shifts between 5-9pm Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday and 5-9pm Sunday.

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Contact Centre Advisors to join our global client at a time of expansion.
This role involves speaking to existing business customers about their banking requirements. The role is 100% inbound and all about offering outstanding customer service. The role includes the cross sell and up sell of additional business banking products - all which are aimed at helping business customers.
Based in Sunderland, the salary is £15200 with an annual bonus paid in relation to KPI performance.
