Your role will be to ensure that the NewcastleGateshead investment proposition to business is ahead of the pack, attractive and successful. Key to our success will be the sustainable development of a diverse range of sectors, such as marine & offshore energy, low carbon technology, health, retail, education, tourism and creative industries, as well as business, financial & professional services.

We expect nothing less than an inspirational leader, motivated to deliver results through collaborative partnerships. With proven experience of leading and managing successful investment projects and bids, you will build on extensive relevant contacts in both the public and private sectors. Key to your success will be the desire to champion the location with a relentless enthusiasm, coupled with a practical understanding of the needs of business.
